Probably a dumb question but should you add air to tires when information technology is super cold out, say -fifteen? My truck has been sitting outside in these weather condition for a few days as well. I know that rubber loses its elasticity as information technology gets colder. My rears are a little on the low side and my force per unit area sensor light is on. I approximate I don't want to hazard a blowout or something like that.

    y'all tin add air anytime.

remember as air temps drop, air contracts and your pressure will drop. as the temp rises, your air pressure volition as well ascension.

Tell me about cold:). It is supposed to feel similar -45 tonight with the wind arctic.
So right now the force per unit area is showing around 26ish and I unremarkably run 32 in the rear, should I maybe put about 30 in?

cold air intake, body lift, pause lift.
you got to exist careful in one case information technology warms up the force per unit area will increase... i usually keep around 60 to 65 psi in my procomps.... i aired them upwards in the garage last time i was working on it and information technology was around 7degrees out... then a couple days later it got upwardly to 65 degrees and i checked them and they were around 71psi which is way too much.... only be carefull and picket the temp. if the temp spikes up allow some air out!
  7. Go accept a ride, heat up the tires and see what you end upwardly with before you add air.
