Shark IQ isn't working with Alexa or Google Home

I take the RV1101ARUS. We got it back in 12\21. For the first calendar month or so it was working fine. At present when we endeavour to take information technology make clean a specific room with Google or Alexa it won't work. It works with the shark App though, when that in itself doesn't crash. I've been dealing with shark for over a calendar month at present. Originally they said information technology was a Alexa skill issue considering it was working with the App. Then it dawned on me a few weeks after to just install Google habitation on my phone. It responds the same as Alexa. You lot tell information technology to do a specific room and it just cleans wherever it wants. So later on more than 15 hours of troubleshooting on the telephone, I call shark back and tell them this to try and accept them send me another one through warranty. The rep then tells me that her manager has merely informed her that they disabled that feature in the Alexa skill and you can but clean specific rooms with the App. I asked when they changed it and they said sometime in January. So basically around the time I outset called them. The client service at Shark works as followed. Y'all call and get a troubleshooting tech. Then if you lot're lucky you go a call back from an avant-garde tech. And then if you're even luckier you get a call back from the advanced tech escalation team. Still waiting to hear back from them. There's no direct number. They've lied to me multiple times and I've had multiple empty promises. I don't know what else to do. I wouldn't take bought it had it not worked with the Alexa integration. All the Apps and firmware are up to engagement. Deleted the maps and device. Factory reset many times. Deleted Alexa skill and app. Deleted Shark App. Did all these things multiple times. Room names are all default. The all-time way I can explicate information technology is that communication is a 2 mode street. It's receiving them control but not processing the instructions correctly. On 2 different occasions I fifty-fifty had a shark advance tech live stream in to run into what it was doing. Luckily I record all my phone calls with them and then I take proof of all the charade. Whatsoever aid would be much obliged.
